The Experience
Beneath Stone & Vine is a carefully paced day designed for travelers who enjoy depth, rhythm, and atmosphere.
You will walk through a historic wine village where cellars lie beneath the streets, descend into limestone caves where wine rests in silence, and taste wines in the places that shaped them. The day opens gradually, pauses
generously at lunch, and concludes with a second winery that offers a different expression of Madrid’s landscape and style.
The group remains intentionally small, allowing conversation, curiosity, and time to breathe.

Places to visit
In Madrid Wine Country, experiences are not designed to impress.
They emerge naturally from the land, the season, and the people who open their doors.
Some last an afternoon. Others stretch into the evening.
All leave a mark.
